Andy Valenzuela, a Human Resources leader experienced with designing and leading HR operations for high-growth organizations has joined CSDC as senior vice president, People. He will architect and lead CSDC’s global people operations and build a winning employer brand that attracts and retains the best talent to power the company’s growth in the govtech industry.

Valenzuela joins CSDC from SAP SuccessFactors, where he served as global vice president and Chief Human Resources Executive Advisor and was responsible for consulting the HR leaders at the company’s strategic accounts on leading successful HR transformations. Before that, he was global vice president, Human Resources, for SunPower, a leading renewable energy firm, at which he served as the company’s global vice president of HR for an 8,000+ global workforce. He started his career at Dell Inc. where he spent 18 years in positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately as executive director, Global HR Technology, Global Payroll, and Talent Services. Valenzuela holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
