Each year the Austin Chamber of Commerce hosts the Greater Austin Business Awards representing outstanding achievements in leadership, customer commitment, environmental stewardship, community service and more by the region’s business community.
We were honored to be considered as a finalist in two categories, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership. This year’s program had a record number of nominations, and several of us joined about 1000 business, non-profit and local elected official colleagues at the awards dinner. It’s an annual Austin tradition that has us all looking forward to a busy and productive fall.
The most important measures of Customer Experience success comes from our customers of course. We’re committed to acting on feedback, continually improving, and investing in service so that we delight those customers every day. It’s one of the things we’ll be talking about at our user conference AmandaCon in October in the Greater Toronto Area. We, unfortunately, did not walk away winners but did come away with plenty of learnings from other companies’ efforts, and more connected to our headquarters hometown. Congratulations to all of our fellow nominees and to last night’s winners. Stay tuned for our entries next year!
